The set revolves around Dash skills.

Simplified Properties:

Increases your damage done after using a Dash skill.
Increases your Critical Hit Chance after using a Dash skill.
Unleash a wave of terror when your Dash skill ends, dealing damage and causing nearby enemies to flee in Fear.
